I decided to board Domo at HH after checking out a few places. Jasmond and the team were wonderful-they took great care of Domo, and he clearly enjoyed playing with the other dogs. His sleeping area was always clean and well maintained. Domo’s “cousin,” Bleuno, was also boarding at the same time, and it was lovely to see them play together during activity time. Despite some unpleasant reviews I had seen previously, we had a very positive overall experience and truly appreciate the effort and hard work put in by Jasmond and the team. 😊😊

Definitely my choice for pets boarding. Within a month, I send my furkid to their place for boarding twice. Reasonable pricing and they also able to arrange transportation to pick up. I would like to thanks the team from Human Wellness east. The place are clean and they constantly keep updating my furkid condition and I'm surprise that there are staff taking shift to take care of the furkids. Look how happy my furkid is in the photo during his stay there.

Excellent, exceptional pet care services. My dog does not interact well with other pawkids. He has been rejected by other pet sitters or pet boarding centres, due to his aggressive behaviour towards other dogs. Thankfully Hello Human has been very encouraging and accommodating to his needs. They kept him engaged with activities and walks in the days. Isolated him from other pawkids. Kept us informed of his rest place with 24h CCTV view. We were relieved that Bailey was in good hands when we went on the trips. We sent Bailey twice to Hello Human since March. He is getting used to the environment. We will definitely engage Hello Human in June again. Thanks to Mr Jasmond for his responsive texts and videos of Bailey throughout the stay. Kudos to the staff for your patience and professionalism.
