My cat has been groomed by Xanthia for almost 10 years. Very happy with her service. My cat would also smell really nice every time when she comes home.

brought my cat for her first grooming session, and it was superb! 🤩 my girl was super calm and relaxed. she started roaming around happily rolling around and purring. boss eugene is super kind too! he is very meticulous and gentle with my cat (and other cats from what i’ve observed) and we are super happy we chose him. they even sent me photos & videos during the grooming session 😍 anyone who would like to find a place to groom you fur babies (first time or need some where reliable) can find them. they also provide pet hotel services, and it is super spacious so your fur babies would definitely enjoy & be in good hands too.

We are documenting a factual account of our cat’s injury at this facility. Our cat was brought in for a routine groom but left with multiple bleeding nails cut too close to the quick, not even 1mm space between the nail and the quick leaving the base of the quick exposed and bleeding. Key Issues: Injury & Denial: Groomer spoke at length attempting to explain the injury and denied the possibility of over-trimming. Despite visible bleeding and exposed quicks, the groomer offered no apology, denied responsibility. Inconsistent Claims: The groomer blamed the cat for scratching the hard cage for the injury, but our cat was kept in a soft carrier with a soft cushion at the base of the carrier and does not scratch anything except for his post at home. Questionable Handling: We witnessed 5+ staff crowding and physically restraining our cat while blocking our view. We documented part of this on video. Poor Environment: The shop was overbooked and crowded, we observed fresh blood stains on the table in the grooming area. Medical Aftermath: Since returning home, our cat who was healthy before, is now lethargic, refusing to eat, has diarrhea, and kept hiding. The groomer insisted on attending the vet visit to justify that they were not at fault. The veterinarian remained neutral, as they did not witness the grooming process. While the groomer paid for the vet consultation, they insisted on full grooming payment and maintained that they bore no responsibility. Most alarmingly, the injured nails have turned black, contradicting the groomer’s claim that he would be fine in 2 days. We have sought medical intervention and are reporting this to document the lack of transparency and professional accountability. Exercise extreme caution.
