It was my puppy’s first boarding experience and I’m so glad I went with WTNPP, a place that my friend had highly recommended. The team was really responsive, patient and helpful on WhatsApp. On the day of the pick up, the owner was also really patient while we said goodbye to our puppy. we get daily photo updates of our happy puppy playing, the facility looks really clean and spacious, and the they also ensured all our feeding and grooming instructions were abided by. Our puppy also got a free bath when he came home so he smells really nice! Overall a great experience and cannot recommend enough for a stress free boarding experience

Skye was welcomed with genuine care, and seeing how she was handled gave me real peace of mind. The daily photos and short clips quickly became something my family and I looked forward to, and there were plenty of them! I was especially impressed by how the team managed to gather all the fur babies for group photos 😍🤩 And the best part? Skye came home smelling absolutely amazing - and the scent lasted for a whole week. We love it and will definitely be getting the shampoo next! Thanks for taking so good care of Skye! 🫶🏼

I recently sent my 4-month-old puppy, Polo to WaggingTailsNPlayfulPaws for a 10-day boarding stay, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was her very first time being boarded, and my first time leaving her anywhere, so I was definitely anxious at the start. But the team did an amazing job taking care of her and quickly put my worries at ease. They sent tons of photos and videos every single day, which I truly appreciated. Seeing her play, eat, nap, and enjoy herself made me feel completely reassured that she was in safe, loving hands. She came home happy, healthy, and clearly well-cared for.
