First time using Pawpledge and I would definitely recommend their service. The pick-up point was at the outskirts of Singapore, around Neo Tiew, and we needed to send our dog to A&E at Bukit Timah. Grab and other ride platforms were not accepting our booking, but Pawpledge took the initiative to arrange transport for both sending and pick-up. They kept us well updated throughout the entire process—from sending their staff to pick up my worker, to safely reaching the clinic, and eventually returning to my farm. Communication was clear and consistent, making the whole arrangement completely hassle-free. Best of all, their pricing is reasonable and not expensive at all.

I have a very good experience with Pawpledge. I had to bring my senior golden retriever a week ago for vet visit n found pawpledge after researching. They were responsive, able to meet my customized request and reasonable with their fees and very accommodating. Both the lady boss n Clement did the pick up n drop off from point to point including carrying my senior Goldie up and down vehicle as he could not jump. Thank you very much Pawpledge !
