NParks confirms a dog run in Choa Chu Kang Park. Its former carpark has closed permanently, so plan around the nearby SAFRA carpark or an appropriate public parking option rather than driving to the old entrance. Take a moment at the gate to look at the other dogs and the condition of the ground. A shorter, comfortable visit is more useful than pushing a nervous or tired dog into group play. This is a source review, not a first-hand inspection of the gates or today’s conditions.

🐈Dog Run @ CCK Park is located next to the Community Garden at a quieter corner of Choa Chu Kang Park. 🐈⬛🐕🦺The Dog Run provided a welcome venue for residents of CCK Estate to bring their dogs for a quality leash-free bounding time together and to also mangle with other dog owners and their dogs.
The dog run was fine but it seems like there's sand flies. Me & my friends were there for about an hour only as it's starting to itch for the humans. Our furkids were fine though. The park is reasonably sized n has a tap for dogs to drink so you may skip bringing water bottles or water refills for the furry ones. No sitting bench(es) so it's a stand-all-the-way kinda of setting for the humans (maybe that's also why we only lasted for 1 hour from 8am, ha~). We were there on a Sat morning and there was no crowd so it was a nice experience that the furkids could run freely around. The signages in the park were not as visible as I wished. I came from McD/Safra area so got to navigate / feeling abit lost but with help of my frds and Google maps direction, I managed to find the dog run within 5 mins upon arrival at the park. I walked from my home to the park and it's pedestrian friendly. I understand the nearest parking might be at the Safra but please double check for charges and availability elsewhere. Walkable distance too from the nearest mall, Lot One. There's no fencing between McD/Safra and the park, so i guessed if you are to park at Safra can just walk over to the park n dog run.
Uneven ground at the sides and my pet was able to escape from the far corner where there is a big gap. No stone chairs and flood lights. Trees around have overgrown. There are lots of mosquitoes during wet days as well.

Such a great place for dogs to play. Really something that dog owners yearn for. Finally.
