Cluny Court is the shopping centre at 501 Bukit Timah Road, beside the Botanic Gardens. It should not be described as one dog-friendly cafe. Vanillapup on Level 2 explicitly welcomes pets inside; its current arrival guidance distinguishes smaller dogs, carried or in strollers, from larger well-behaved dogs permitted to walk directly to the store. That is a specific shopping route, not permission throughout every tenant. Check the destination before visiting, especially for a meal. Older tenant guidance was stricter, so ask for the current route if unsure. Supplied bowls, cafe seating and a guaranteed quiet setting are not established for the mall as a whole.

🟡 Cluny Court at Cluny Road is just across the road from Botanic Gardens MRT Station. 🟡 This small retail mall is only 2 levels high, and is situated within a revamped row of colonial shophouses. It's located in a quiet upscale residential area and has a relaxing & nostalgic ambience. 🔵 The stores and dining options here are limited & are premium type of shops. 🟩 The CS Fresh aka Cold Storage supermarket & dining outlets are usually the busier shops. ✅️ There is Tiong Bahru Bakery, Da Paulo Cafe, Simply Bread, a Korean eatery, a hair salon, an ice cream store, pet shop and others. ❇️ I do drop by Cluny Court from time to time to buy stuff from the supermarket and have a coffee and buy pre-prepared food from Da Paulo. I like the soothing ambience of this small mall on a weekday afternoon. 🟨It is kind of easy for me to access Cluny Court as I live in Toa Payoh and can visit this area via Caldecott Station to Botanic Gardens Station.

I had intended to raise this feedback earlier, but chose to return several more times to ensure my impression was fair before sharing it. My latest visit today and I am still disappointed. Despite its reputation as a premium establishment and its roster of upscale tenants, the atmosphere was completely undermined by the incessant blaring of garish, lowbrow music throughout the common areas. For a mall that positions itself as refined and sophisticated, the choice of loud, abrasive playlists feels incongruous and poorly curated. The excessive volume makes it difficult to hold a conversation, let alone enjoy a relaxed shopping experience. It creates an environment more reminiscent of a chaotic nightclub than a distinguished retail destination. One would expect a venue of this calibre to exercise greater discernment in cultivating an ambience that complements its high-end branding. Instead, the jarring soundscape detracts significantly from what could otherwise be an elegant and pleasant experience.
Its a small place but it has quite a few good shops for children and adults. There is fresh Cold storage supermarket at the ground floor and u can fine restaurants upstairs and downstairs if u prefer to just sit outside and watch the traffic pass. All in all its a decent place.
It's a small shopping mall catering mostly for the expat community. Don't expect super cheap deals, but you can find rare food and drink items. The home decor outlets are great, including exquisite Christmas tree decorations (in season). There are also some nice restaurants and a great bakery. Located right next to Botanic Garden MRT Station and many bus lines. The parking is a bit small and some drivers will find it narrow to maneuver.
