Food was flavourful & generous portions. We took the Christmas set of 3 main meals for only $100. The nachos were good too for sharing! Helpful staff & lovely ambiance amidst the greenery & MBS backdrop. We sat outdoors with our dog & they gave him some ice water which he enjoyed in this humid weather. Board games & books available to keep us entertained. They also gave us all complimentary shots for our friend’s birthday celebration. Very thoughtful of them to provide a non-alcoholic shot for my teen.

We visited Hopscotch last September as a group of six. The food portions were decent and the dishes tasted good, though nothing particularly extraordinary. The starters had generous portions and were quite enjoyable. Drinks were alright, and I really liked their creative cocktail presentations, very Instagram worthy! It was a busy Saturday, so we had to wait a little to be seated and for the food to arrive, but the staff were upfront about the waiting time and stayed friendly and helpful throughout. We also mentioned a birthday at the last minute, and they were kind enough to surprise us with a candle and a note on the dessert we ordered, which was a lovely touch. The overall atmosphere was great, and despite the crowd, we had a good experience. Would recommend Hopscotch for a casual night out with friends.
Had a great lunch with family. Great service from John. Food was fresh tasty and overall awesome. Had Lunch Special Set with Appetiser. Wild Mushroom soup, Panggang Pork Belly, Duck Confit and Chocolate Fudge Brownie. Duck confit was lightly crisp and meat was tender and well cooked. Brownie was nice and Warm topped with ice cream and banana crisp.
We visited for an early birthday celebration and the food was excellent. We ordered both soups - the mushroom and the lobster bisque - and the lobster bisque is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. All of our mains were outstanding: fish and chips, duck confit, and the laksa lobster roll. The French fries were probably the best we’ve ever had. The complimentary bread and beef popiah cup were also delicious. For dessert, we had the brownie and cheesecake - no regrets there, and the portions were generous. Our server John was very attentive and careful throughout the meal. We enjoyed the experience so much that we’ve already made a reservation for next month.
