We recently stayed at Oasia Resort Hotel for two days. Our room was a decent size and included a sofa bed, although no extra bedding was provided and it wasn’t made up for us as we’ve experienced at other hotels. That said, the room itself was very nice and comfortable. Check-in was smooth overall. Prior to arrival, I was sent a form to complete to speed up the process, but I still had to provide all passports and details at the desk, so I’m not sure it actually saved any time-filling it out felt a bit unnecessary. The room had a hot water dispenser and a Nespresso machine, which was a nice touch. It would have been even better to have a selection of different teas and some milk provided. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so can’t comment on that. The location is excellent-within walking distance to Imbiah Station, and just one monorail stop from Universal Studios. Everything is very accessible. We didn’t get a chance to use many of the facilities or the pool, but it looked lovely. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again mainly because of its great location. Thank you.

We had a really lovely stay at Oasia Resort Sentosa. The reception team were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with friendly faces and a nice tone. Housekeeping was outstanding - Li Li in particular was efficient, quick and very considerate. She did our housekeeping so quietly while our baby was sleeping, and still left the room spotless. There was a small issue during our stay, but Duty Manager James handled it very well. He stayed calm, resolved it quickly and made sure we were well taken care of for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was also baby-friendly, which made things much easier for us as parents. The hotel does get very busy during check-in and check-out times as they handle many large foreign tour groups, so it can be hard to reach reception by phone at those times. One small suggestion would be to install a bidet in the bathrooms - it’s a small cost but would be a big added convenience for guests. Overall, we really appreciated the hospitality and would happily come back again.

The best thing about this Hotel is the location! And also the spa and wellness vibe that it gives! I would really recommend the family suite over the Premier rooms as I’ve stayed in both on different occasions. The family suite is in the heritage wing of the hotel and it’s really beautiful. Kudos to Jay who checked us in with patience and a welcoming smile!
