⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were away for 4 days, and Pawtel & friends took good care of our baby Latte 🐶 ! They are friendly, professional, and offer great service at a friendly rates. We really appreciated how they kept us updated on our fur kid’s condition every day, which gave us so much peace of mind. You can tell they truly love animals - they spent quality time playing and bonding with our fur baby. Highly recommend this pet hotel for anyone looking for a safe and loving place for their fur babies! 💕 🐾
Snowee enjoyed his stay at Pawtel & Friends! The place is very clean and spacious, with 24/7 air conditioning. Timely updates was provided and we felt very reassured that Snowee is in good hands. Thank you for taking care of Snowee very well and the gifts provided in the end! Highly recommended to give this place a try when you need someone to look after your fur baby!
Baby Lion was with Pawtel & Friends from 5 Jan to 11 Jan 26. Initially I was very worried for Lion as it is his 1st time boarding. But it turn out very well. I m very impressed and very grateful to Pawtel staffs as they aware that we as an owner will be very worried with our pet when they are not with us. Pawtel really update us many times everyday. Highly recommend and will definitely be my first choice in future for boarding. Thank you for taking such a good care for Lion. P.S even keep his teeth for me.

3 night staycation for my Chihuahua Very cosy and relaxing environment. Sleeping in own room at night Detailed pictures and videos to share with us on a daily basis. Thanks for taking good care of her. 🥰🐶
I recently left my dog, Ollie, with Pawtel for 5 days and 4 nights, and the experience was absolutely wonderful! The team provided exceptional and professional care, keeping me updated daily with check-ins and sharing how Ollie was doing. When Ollie ended up scratching himself, they promptly reached out for approval and provided a cone to ensure his comfort. They even gave him a shower before pickup! Overall, I’m thrilled with Pawtel’s service and highly recommend them to other pet owners. Thank you for taking such great care of Ollie!
