Punggol Park in Hougang has a designated off-leash dog run confirmed by NParks. It is a different destination from Punggol Waterway Park, which also has a run. Check the park name as well as the pin when booking transport. Take a moment at the gate to look at the other dogs and the condition of the ground. A shorter, comfortable visit is more useful than pushing a nervous or tired dog into group play. This is a source review, not a first-hand inspection of the gates or today’s conditions.

What dog owners said on Google
🐈⬛🐈🐕🦺A reasonably sized Dog Run where residents can bring their furry friends here for an unleash bonding time together, and to mingle and socialise with other dogs and their owners.
Grass is overgrown here and usually muddy. There is no lighting nor are there any drinking stations for dogs. As another reviewer said, there are lots of mosquitos here. Looks like a flea and tick hotspot. Very poor planning and development for this sad excuse of a dog run.
There are dog poop in it sometimes but there are dogs in there at some times which you can let your dog play
