Tanglin Cookhouse at PLQ3 combines British and Singaporean dishes beside the Parkside green space. The operator expressly welcomes pets at outdoor tables and requires them to remain leashed. It describes this alfresco area as sheltered and fan-cooled, a useful distinction from an exposed pavement seat, although you should still check the temperature at your table. Its FAQ lists daily hours of 9am to 10pm. Reserve an outdoor table for a pet party and mention your dog’s size and any space needs; indoor seats are not an alternative under the published rule. Bring water and allow room for other diners, children and dogs passing through.

We tried this restaurant for the first time and were thoroughly impressed. The food was excellent, and the portions were very generous. The two of us (both ladies) had 2 main courses, 2 sides (papadum and sourdough), and 1 açaí bowl-and we finished it all! All the foods and drinks are good but I need to comment on Creamy Singapore Chili Crab Pasta with you. The pasta itself was delicious - the sauce was rich, creamy, and had a great savory-spicy kick. I enjoyed the flavor and finished the entire pasta dish. However, the crab itself was disappointing. When I got to the body meat, it had a noticeable off smell (near the lung/gill area), so I avoided it and only ate the meat from the legs, which was fine. Luckily, I had mostly finished the tasty pasta by then, so I could enjoy the crab legs at the end. It's a creative and flavorful dish, but they really need to check the quality and freshness of the whole crab they are using. For the price, I expect perfectly fresh seafood. Our waiter - Mr. Andy was also very nice and friendly, which added to the great experience. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys Western food. The prices are very reasonable for such a fancy atmosphere.
Really need to give praise to the chef here! Every single dish we ordered was amazing. Forgot to take more photos coz the food was so good that we all couldn't stop eating! Andy was our host for the evening and he made our night even better. He was friendly, helpful and so flexible. Thankx to him we got a good alcohol pairing with our food. 100% recommend this place and will come again and again!
Tried out this new fusion place and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is really pleasant-bright, relaxed, and not crowded in the morning, which makes it perfect for a calm brunch. The menu has a fun mix of fusion dishes, and everything we tried was tasty. If you’re into a hearty, “big breakfast” style meal, this place is definitely your type. The flavors work well together, and the combinations feel fresh and creative. Plus, the coffee is pretty good, which is always a win with brunch spots. Overall, a great addition to the brunch scene!
