The Collar Club at 478 River Valley Road combines pet care services and retail. Its hotel page describes dog boarding with on-site overnight supervision, regular updates and admission requirements including an assessment and health records. Treat these as the operator’s published arrangements and ask how they apply to your dog, including medication or special handling, before booking. Daycare, grooming and overnight stays are different services, so confirm the collection times and included care. The general storefront hours are not the same as unrestricted 24-hour customer access. Use the River Valley contact, 8768 3484, for branch-specific questions.
