The Telegraph by Olivia advertises alfresco dining where guests can bring their pets for brunch or dinner. That supports an outdoor dining option, not an automatic invitation into the indoor restaurant. Tell the team about your dog and request the correct area when booking. Check rain cover, current opening arrangements and any event restrictions; promotional offers on the website can change independently of the pet policy.

We brought our little dog along to enjoy their Valentine’s Day Special Menu at the pet-friendly dining area outside the cafe. The menu was well curated, offering a mix of tantalizing and interesting flavors. The atmosphere was cosy and staff was friendly and attentive. A great place to bring your furkids just to chill and enjoy a nice meal!
Great place for afterwork, family gathering or hanging out with friends. This is a dog friendly all-day dining cafe and restaurant near Bugis. I loved that we could sit outside under a roof, and the vibe reminded me about a place in London I used to go to. There is also a large indoor space, but outdoors is more cozy. The menu is international, and we had some Spanish, Italian and Asian dishes. The Flame-grilled Iberico Pork with spiced potato and chimichurri honey mustard was delicious! My friends favourite was their Maple Lemon and Herb Roasted Chicken. Favourite dessert, the Bread Pudding on brioche bread with vanilla bean ice cream. Try it! Nice cocktails and mocktails too btw!
Loved our visit to The Telegraph by Olivia - a cosy, pet-friendly café right in the city! Mochi and Mimi enjoyed the vibes as much as we did. Their Christmas menu is super worth it at just $58++ per pax, and you even get a free bottle of wine with every 4-pax booking! We enjoyed everything - from the cinnamon pumpkin soup and filo turkey to the salmon roast and maple lemon herb chicken. Desserts like the tiramisu, earl grey cheesecake and bread pudding were all amazing. Our passionfruit fizz and lemon fizz were the perfect refreshers. Great food, great atmosphere - we’ll definitely be back!

Had my breakfast with my family. We didn’t make reservations hence we will not able to sit inside the restaurant. It was a bit of warm, do suggest make a reservation if you plan to sit inside. The food is great. Calamari was coated evenly with batter and fried to perfection. The sauce elevates the entire dish to another level. We also ordered the insta worthy burger. The patty was thick and grilled well. Generous amount of melted cheese blended finely with the flavourful sauce. Highly recommend this burger to burger lovers. The fries make me think about Carl’s jr fries, the chef intentionally sprinkled pink salt instead of normal salt to create the same tone with the burger. Would highly recommend you guys try this restaurant. The atmosphere is very conducive for small gathering / family brunch spots
We visited The Telegraph by Olivia for our monthly gathering. The reviews online were confusing: Google rates it 4.5 stars, while Dianping gives it only 2.9. After our dining experience, I fully understand why, and I feel responsibility to share an honest review - so future guests know what to expect. 1. Service & Food Handling - Serious Concerns The biggest issue was not the taste of the food, but the way food and orders were handled: We ordered a steak with an over-easy egg. A fully-cooked egg was served instead. When we asked about it, the waitress took the plate from our table-and swapped it with another table. The plate that we had already touched was given to another group of diners. For hygiene standards and for a restaurant charging this price point, this is not acceptable. When food is wrongly served, it should be remade - not passed from one customer to another. This raised concerns about kitchen procedures and basic food safety. 2. Drinks - Poor Quality & Incorrect Information The matcha latte tasted powdery and unusually sweet. We were told, confidently, that “all matcha lattes come with vanilla or caramel syrup.” This is not true for any proper café serving real matcha. Piccolo latte was extremely sour - perhaps the beans they used, but not well-balanced. We ordered beers - they were forgotten until we reminded them. 3. Food Quality - Inconsistent & Often Disappointing Chicken Risotto Extremely salty; none of us finished it. Mushroom Aglio Olio Wet texture, not authentic; SGD 20 but not worth it. Tater Tots w/ Cheese Used processed cheese, tasted artificial. Spanish Egg Slightly overcooked, very average. Fish & Chips Acceptable but nothing special. Roasted Meat Platter Took 30+ minutes to serve - most was packed to-go. By the second dish, we already considered leaving, but stayed only because we had children with us. 4. Final Attempt to Compensate They gave us a free cake and bread pudding before we left. We appreciated the gesture, but the overall experience - especially the food swapping incident - was already too concerning. We did not finish the desserts. The location is convenient and the concept is promising, but the service awareness, food handling standards, and ingredient quality do not match the prices they charge. For now, I cannot recommend this place to others, especially families or groups bringing children. There are many better options nearby.
