Ulu Pandan Park Connector follows both banks of the Ulu Pandan Canal through neighbourhoods including Ghim Moh, Holland Grove, Clementi, Sunset and Faber. NParks lists 14.8 km across the connector, rather than the previous ten-kilometre description. The earlier claim that canopy makes a midday dog walk comfortable has been removed. Plan a manageable section, keep away from the canal edge and wildlife, and do not depend on an unverified water tap. This is not a route into the nature reserve. Keep your dog beside you at crossings and when other path users pass. Choose a short return route that fits your dog’s condition, carry water and a bowl, and change the plan if the weather or your dog makes it unsuitable. Shade and a sea breeze are not guarantees against overheating.
