Chai Chee Avenue HDB shopfront; quiet estate, the dog meets cats in the waiting room more often than other dogs.
What this clinic is specifically known for is Sora Vet; routine care for the Chai Chee and Bedok South catchment. The team is small generalist team. At the consultation, ask what the findings mean, which options are available and what should prompt a follow-up.
On hours and scope: Mon Closed; Tue-Sat 9.30am - 12pm, 2:00 - 6.30pm; Sun Closed. This is a routine practice. For middle-of-the-night emergencies (collapse, bloat, suspected poisoning, anything that needs a CT scanner before sunrise), the call is to one of the 24-hour A&E hospitals on the emergency list, not here. For everything else (vaccination planning, sterilisation, the lump you noticed at the weekend, health changes in an older dog), this is the kind of practice that earns long-term trust.
Who this clinic suits: Chai Chee, Bedok South, and Eunos owners. Ask whether an appointment is required, request an itemised estimate, and confirm any insurance paperwork or direct-billing arrangements before booking. The address is 37 Chai Chee Ave, #01-291, Singapore 461037, and the booking line is +65 6022 1707.
The small thing nobody mentions: the void deck unit is round the back of Block 37; the front sign is small.

I recently brought my male Syrian hamster to Sora Vet for a teeth trimming, and I cannot recommend them enough! A huge thank you to Dr. Neo for her incredible care. Handling such a small, delicate animal requires a lot of patience and expertise, and Dr. Neo was wonderful. She was gentle, professional, and took the time to explain the procedure and give me advice on my hamster’s dental health. It’s clear she has a genuine love for animals, and I felt completely at ease leaving my little guy in her hands. I also want to give a special shout-out to the rest of the team. From the reception to the nursing staff, everyone was welcoming, efficient, and very kind. The environment is calm and clean, which is so important for minimizing stress for small pets. If you are looking for a vet who is skilled with pocket pets and exotics, look no further than Dr. Neo and the team at Sora Vet. My hamster is back to his happy self and eating comfortably again!

5-Star Review for Sora Vet I’m giving Sora Vet a full 5 stars - every bit of love and care for my cockatiels (and all my pets) is in great hands with Sister Annie and Sister Serine Tang! They’ve guided me so well, and I trust them completely. I also share a truly special bond with Doctor Neo. Whether we meet at the clinic or run into each other at events, Doctor Neo always greets me with genuine respect - and I hold them in the same high regard. That’s why I’ve chosen Doctor Neo as the only vet for both my dog and my birds, no one else!

Highly recommended. The team here is incredibly kind, patient, and warm, and it is clear they truly love what they do. Dr Neo cares for every pet as if it were her own, and the entire staff is consistently gentle, attentive, and reassuring. You can feel completely at ease knowing your pet is in their care. They also make the effort to follow up regularly via WhatsApp to check on your pet’s progress, which reflects their genuine dedication. An excellent experience. Huge thank you to the team for being so nice.

How this clinic compares nearby
The things that decide where you actually drive are whether they can see you now, whether they take walk-ins, and whether the tests can be run on site instead of sent away. Here is Sora Vet against its closest neighbours on exactly that.
- A&E means the clinic is set up for accident and emergency, not just consults.
- In-house lab and imaging means bloods and X-rays happen in the building, so you get an answer the same visit.
- Price band is a relative guide, not a quoted fee. Ask the clinic for the current consultation price before you travel.
