First visit here and i was completely impressed by all aspects - professional and friendly reception staff explained everything clearly, vet Dr Brandon Goh was also really great. Very thorough and again great explanations. Facilities are great and v clean. Easy to park at the rear. We are very happy to have found this vet practice 🥰

The vets (Dr. Delia especially!) and Alina have been absolutely top notch. My 2 senior dogs both underwent surgery here and were returned safe and happy. They were formerly going to a different vet clinic (also premium priced), but I noticed a level of care at The Gentle Vet that wasnt always present at their prior vet. Even the dogs seemed at ease despite the procedures. I'm especially impressed with how upfront they are with procedures, costs, and how good they are at replying to Whatsapp messages and calling frequently to answer any questions. Honestly, I didn't expect such good communication from a busy clinic. It is very obvious how hard this team works to make sure both the pets and their humans feel comfortable and informed. Big thanks to them!

We've been regular clients at The Gentle Vet for over a year now, bringing our two beloved cats, Waffle and Churro, for everything from their first vaccinations to spaying, and various treatments in between. Throughout all our visits, The Gentle Vet has consistently impressed us with their high standard of care, clean and pleasant environment, and most importantly, their genuine compassion for animals. Our kitties have essentially grown up here, and we’re so thankful for the team who’s been with us every step of the way in their health journey. What stands out most to me-and what keeps us coming back without hesitation-are two key things: Private waiting rooms: This is an absolute game changer for cat owners. The Gentle Vet always ensures we get a quiet, private space to wait in before our appointment. It makes such a difference for our anxious cats, who get incredibly stressed in loud or crowded environments. This thoughtful setup has helped Waffle and Churro stay much calmer and makes visits so much less stressful for everyone involved. Consistently excellent service: Whether it's over the phone, through WhatsApp, or in person, every interaction with their team has been warm, professional, and kind. From the sweet and gentle vet techs to the knowledgeable vets and the lovely front desk staff, everyone goes above and beyond to make us feel cared for and supported. Please never change, Gentle Vet - we truly love you guys and are so grateful to have found you.
