Losing Toto was one of the hardest things I have ever gone through, but I am truly grateful to Everpet for giving her such a beautiful and respectful farewell. From the very beginning, they made me feel assured that Toto was in good hands. During such a painful time, their care, patience, and sincerity meant everything to us. A special thank you to Xiao Juan, who was incredibly caring throughout the entire process. What touched me deeply was how genuine she was — she even teared up listening to Toto’s stories. When we were about to leave the vet, although Toto had already passed, Xiao Juan still spoke gently to her body, explaining every step she was going to do, covering her carefully with a cloth, asking Toto to follow her and not to be afraid. That level of compassion is something I will never forget. It was also very late at night and on such short notice, yet they quickly arranged transport and came down without hesitation. They waited patiently for me without ever rushing me. Everything — the hearse, the setup, the atmosphere — was beautifully and respectfully done. The memorial place was clean, peaceful, and comforting. We were given space to grieve properly, write messages to Toto, and spend our final moments with her. The decor and flowers were beautiful as well. Thank you Waikay for preparing them so thoughtfully. Most importantly, what I felt for Toto during the entire process was dignity and pride. We were able to give her a proper farewell because of all of you. The sea burial was also done with so much respect and care. Unlike what I had heard elsewhere, Toto’s ashes were not simply poured into the sea. She was slowly and gently lowered into the seabed together with flowers in a beautiful ritual. It was peaceful and meaningful beyond words. Thank you Rachael and Leon for all the arrangements, and lastly Xiao Juan — I truly felt your sincerity deep down. From my heart, thank you for taking care of Toto so beautifully. And I’m sure Toto is thankful too. ❤️

I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion shown to my beloved cat, Ginger during her final moments. Everpet has been very accommodating, allowing us to visit Ginger the next day and collect her paw print. That was a beautiful gesture and we're so grateful for the time we had with her. Special Thanks to Xiao Juan, her kindness and attention to detail is very heartwarming - the way she cradled Ginger and called out her name... ❤️ We're so grateful for the team's patience and support during such a difficult time.
