Thankful and much appreciation to Yang, Raj and the team at the Green Mortician for taking very good care of Baby throughout! This brought much comfort to me knowing that Baby was in good hands. Baby gained her wings on 3rd Feb at the clinic. I called them and they came down within 90 mins to collect Baby. Raj handled the collection of Baby in a respectful and dignified manner. He did not rush through. Instead he allowed us time to say our goodbyes. Immediately arrangement was made with Yang for a memorial service for Baby on the same day at 6 pm. Invite was also drafted up for me to send out to friends with details for the memorial service. Updates were given along the way from completion of the grooming etc. Baby was given a nice final grooming (not just cleaning up) and she looks so peaceful. That gave so much comfort to me! The memorial was so beautifully set up and done. The place was beautifully decorated and it feels so serene. We could take our time to say our farewells to Baby and that meant so much. There was also a screen where we could playback photos of Baby. Yang helped to set up the laptop etc. Friends who came to the memorial service were impressed with the set up and the thoughts that were put behind every step of the way. The team took care of all that needs to be done and they were attentive to all details. They made it so much easier and manageable for us during this most difficult period. They also arranged for additional fur of Baby for keepsake, paw prints etc. After the memorial service , the team continued to provide us with updates along the way - start of cremation, the completion and the return back home. I opted for aqua cremation as I feel that it is a more gentle process than fire cremation. Highly recommended! There are moments in life that you hope you never have to face, and saying goodbye to our beloved Pebbles was one of them. From the moment The Green Mortician arrived, they brought with them not just professionalism, but a sense of calm, compassion, and dignity that our family desperately needed. In the midst of our heartbreak, they gave us the space and time to simply be with Pebbles—to hold her, talk to her, and say our final goodbyes without feeling rushed. What meant the most to us was that they understood Pebbles was never "just a pet." She was family. She had been by our side through life's milestones, celebrations, and quiet everyday moments for many years. The care and respect shown to her reflected that understanding. Pebbles was able to spend her final moments in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by the people who loved her most. We were given the precious gift of looking into her eyes one last time, holding her close, and letting her leave this world with peace, love, and dignity. In one of the darkest moments of our lives, The Green Mortician helped us create a beautiful farewell filled with grace and compassion. For that, we will always be grateful. We were devastated by the sudden loss of our fur baby, Bam Bam, at the vet, TGM was the first place that came to mind as we had learned about their aqua cremation service from the news some time ago. Since then, I had been considering aqua cremation for Bam Bam when his time came, as I understand the process to be gentler than traditional fire cremation. We’d like to thank Yang, Vivian, and the entire team from TGM for their passionate and professional funeral service during this difficult time. Yang came to our home in the evening to pick up Bam Bam, and his thoughtful gesture of letting us take our time before transferring Bam Bam back to their facility, where he would rest in the mortuary, meant a lot to us. Vivian was also incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our queries and concerns 🫶🏻 She kept us updated throughout every stage of the process by sending photos and regular updates, which gave us great reassurance. My husband and I felt deeply comforted knowing that our fur baby was in good hands and treated with such dignity during his final farewell. Seeing Bam Bam looking so peaceful and serene when we entered the room during the memorial service brought us immense comfort 🥹 We’re not sure if his name was Raj as we forgot to ask, but the staff member who assisted us during the bone viewing was extremely kind and helpful in explaining every detail to us. Bam Bam is finally back home and resting with us now. Thank you once again to TGM for your dedication and for treating our fur baby with such respect. Much appreciated 🙏🏻
