Pets may pass from Carpark B through the Premier Wing lift and lobby to reach TUX; the earlier blanket claim that lobby transit is forbidden was inaccurate. Wonderful stay - perfect start to our Singapore visit We had a fantastic stay at Carlton Hotel Singapore and could not have asked for a better start to our trip. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth, professional and welcoming. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful without ever feeling intrusive. You really feel well taken care of here. The room was spotless, very comfortable and wonderfully quiet, which was much appreciated after a long flight. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay - cleanliness was absolutely top-notch. The location is another huge plus: central, walkable, and perfectly connected by MRT. Marina Bay, Bugis and many key sights are easy to reach, yet the hotel itself feels calm and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with a wide international selection and very high quality. It was a great way to start each day. All in all, Carlton Hotel Singapore combines comfort, professionalism and a warm atmosphere in a way that makes you want to come back. We would absolutely stay here again and happily recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
I am very satisfied with this accommodation; it was a truly positive experience in every aspect. The location is perfect, easily accessible, and the view from the window is absolutely exceptional - a real highlight of the stay. The room was comfortable and very well equipped, and the beds were extremely cozy, ensuring a relaxing and restful stay. It is clear that attention is paid to details, and everything is provided for guests’ comfort.
