We haven’t been back for several years as I was overseas but the food quality, service and quaint decor are still top of the drawer. We used to get the pastries and doughnuts for our kids and there are still serving them. Traditional French favourites are available and their coffee is solid and strong. They also do local delicacies for Lunar New Year. Will be back soon!
Choupinette is one of the, maybe, 10 restaurants serving brunch and coffee between Tan Kah Kee and Botanic Gardens MRT stations. I'd say Choupinette occupies the lower half of that list. Doesn't mean its not good. In fact I enjoyed the hominess of the seafood again olio I ordered through their 3 course lunch set. The creme brulee was light and the sugar was torched before it was brought to the table. Would love to try the pastries as i remember being in France, I devoured the best ones.
Just had an amazing birthday celebration for my son in Choupinette. Dinner was simply delicious! Wan had done a great job in preparing for this big day. He was very proactive & gave great suggestion for this dinner celebration. In addition, Jason & his team made my family felt so welcomed during this dinner. The genuine & warm service made my son's birthday such an unforgettable one! Thank you so much Choupinette!
