Hougang Avenue 8 HDB shopfront; the dog walks past the void deck mahjong table on the way in.

What this clinic is specifically known for is Clover Vet SG; small Hougang neighbourhood clinic with calm consults. The team is small generalist team. At the consultation, ask what the findings mean, which options are available and what should prompt a follow-up.

On hours and scope: Mon-Fri 9am - 9pm; Sat 9am - 5pm; Sun Closed. This is a routine practice. For middle-of-the-night emergencies (collapse, bloat, suspected poisoning, anything that needs a CT scanner before sunrise), the call is to one of the 24-hour A&E hospitals on the emergency list, not here. For everything else (vaccination planning, sterilisation, the lump you noticed at the weekend, health changes in an older dog), this is the kind of practice that earns long-term trust.

Who this clinic suits: Hougang and Kovan owners who want a primary clinic close to home. Ask whether an appointment is required, request an itemised estimate, and confirm any insurance paperwork or direct-billing arrangements before booking. The address is Blk 678 Hougang Ave 8, #01-503, Singapore 530678, and the booking line is +65 6518 9678.

The small thing nobody mentions: the unit is in the second row of shops from the road; look for the green Clover sign.
