Doctor Lee is very cool doctor and chilled.gave excellent advice and was very attentive to customers, recommending ways to care for dogs with kidney problems. The clinic staff were helpful taught me how to insert a needle under the skin so that I could give the dog saline correctly. They spend time on me just to make sure i understand the step of doing. My dog get better now she is 14 years old

I brought a 4-month-old rescue kitten to Stars Veterinary Clinic on a Sunday for a baseline health check. While the staff were professional and the diagnostic turnaround was fast, the experience was marred by significant "bill shock" and what felt like unnecessary over-servicing. The final bill came to $600++ As someone experienced with rescues, I found it highly unusual for a vibrant, healthy kitten to be put through a full geriatric-style blood panel (Procyte, SDMA, etc.) totaling over $330. Furthermore, I felt pressured into "premium" additions that were not medically essential for a stable animal, such as: $45.80 for a Vitamin Syrup (available elsewhere for a fraction of the price). If you need speed and 24-hour convenience, this clinic delivers. However, I strongly advise pet owners-especially rescuers-to scrutinize the itemized estimate before agreeing to treatment. Expect to be upsold on "gold standard" diagnostics that may not be necessary for your pet's actual condition.

I called about an emergency for my pet around 20 minutes before closing and was informed that any consultation would be considered after-hours, starting at $200. While I understand that policies are in place and empathy doesn’t pay salaries, a little kindness would have gone a long way - even a simple suggestion to visit their Kovan outlet, which closes later, would have been appreciated.
