Parksuites ground-floor unit on Holland Grove Road; quiet condo strip, calm waiting area, the dog parks itself on the cool tile.
What this clinic is specifically known for is Gaia Vets boutique branch in the Holland Grove residential pocket; tidy, considered, longer consults. The team is Gaia Vets small team; vet remembers the dog and the household. At the consultation, ask what the findings mean, which options are available and what should prompt a follow-up.
On hours and scope: Mon-Fri 10am - 10pm; Sat-Sun 9am - 5pm. This is a routine practice. For middle-of-the-night emergencies (collapse, bloat, suspected poisoning, anything that needs a CT scanner before sunrise), the call is to one of the 24-hour A&E hospitals on the emergency list, not here. For everything else (vaccination planning, sterilisation, the lump you noticed at the weekend, health changes in an older dog), this is the kind of practice that earns long-term trust.
Who this clinic suits: Holland Grove, Sixth Avenue, and condo residents who want a vet they can walk to. Ask whether an appointment is required, request an itemised estimate, and confirm any insurance paperwork or direct-billing arrangements before booking. The address is 24 Holland Grove Rd, #01-12/13, Singapore 278803, and the booking line is +65 6727 7511.
The small thing nobody mentions: the Parksuites carpark is for guests of the building; ask the security about the visitor bay before you double-park.

As first-time pet owners, we are so thankful for the team at Gaia for their patience with us and care for our dog, Yuki. Our experience with Dr Amand, Elina, and the nurses (Pei Qi? I wish I knew all their names!) has been wonderful and reassuring. They are not only great with animals but also exceptional in customer care. Frm appt booking > registration > consultation > surgery and post surgery review, every step was pleasant and well managed. Accurate diagnosis and clean surgery w professional confidence. The team made us feel assured throughout. We are grateful for such a lovely and dedicated team.

I’m so grateful for the exceptional care my pet received at Gaia vet. Big shoutout to ms peishi and dr grace 🫶🏻 From the friendly front-desk team to the attentive vets, everyone was professional and compassionate. The team was friendly and thorough, and I really appreciated that there was no upselling just honest advice about what my pet actually needed. They took time to answer my questions, explained treatment options clearly, and treated my furry friend with gentle care. The clinic is clean, well-equipped, and you can tell they truly love animals. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any pet parent.

Dr. Nanano provided absolutely amazing service! Far beyond the bare minimum you usually experience. I had a teleconsult for my budgie, and she didn't rush the appointment for a single second. She listened to every single detail I described. When I realized I didn't have my bird's exact weight for the medication dosage, Dr. Nanano actually took the initiative to call my previous clinic herself to track down the records so I wouldn't have to do it. When my old clinic completely failed to have the records on file, Dr. Nanano called me right back and patiently waited while I figured out a way to weigh my bird at home. She did everything in her power to ensure my bird got the exact right dosage. It is incredibly hard to find a vet who is this compassionate, patient, and willing to go the extra mile. Truly so touched!

How this clinic compares nearby
The things that decide where you actually drive are whether they can see you now, whether they take walk-ins, and whether the tests can be run on site instead of sent away. Here is Gaia Vets Singapore (Parksuites) against its closest neighbours on exactly that.
- A&E means the clinic is set up for accident and emergency, not just consults.
- In-house lab and imaging means bloods and X-rays happen in the building, so you get an answer the same visit.
- Price band is a relative guide, not a quoted fee. Ask the clinic for the current consultation price before you travel.
