Lorong Liput shopfront in Holland Village; expats with cocker spaniels, NS boys with their family dogs, a calm but busy waiting room.
What this clinic is specifically known for is long-established Holland Village clinic; the default primary vet for a generation of HV families. The team is experienced generalist team; smooth handover between consultations. At the consultation, ask what the findings mean, which options are available and what should prompt a follow-up.
On hours and scope: Mon-Sat 10am - 2pm, 3:00 - 7pm; Sun Closed. This is a routine practice. For middle-of-the-night emergencies (collapse, bloat, suspected poisoning, anything that needs a CT scanner before sunrise), the call is to one of the 24-hour A&E hospitals on the emergency list, not here. For everything else (vaccination planning, sterilisation, the lump you noticed at the weekend, health changes in an older dog), this is the kind of practice that earns long-term trust.
Who this clinic suits: Holland Village, Bukit Timah, and Farrer Road owners who want a steady neighbourhood vet. Ask whether an appointment is required, request an itemised estimate, and confirm any insurance paperwork or direct-billing arrangements before booking. The address is 31A Lor Liput, Singapore 277742, and the booking line is +65 6468 6312.
The small thing nobody mentions: street parking on Lor Liput goes fast at the weekend; Holland V multi-storey is two minutes' walk away.

We have been going to them for several years now. We have nothing but good reviews for the entire team at the veterinary clinic. The vets and nurses are all very professional, patient and kind. When we had to do my dog’s spay surgery, Dr Don explained everything in detail and walked us through the whole thing which was very reassuring. We have also seen Dr Pearl several times and she is always very patient and extremely gentle with our dog. They may not have all the facilities, equipment, etc but they more than make up for with a great attitude and genuine care for their patients. My dog feels very safe here and is always happy to walk into the clinic. (That is always a good sign)

Recently brought our 11 year old cat, Cherry, to visit Dr Pearl in early June due to the growing concern of a small lump near one of Cherry’s nipple. Dr Pearl was very patient and professional in explaining to us the malignant nature of mammary lumps in female cats. She was extremely clear and thoughtful in laying out the possible courses of action we could take from there on, ie. biopsy, staging and scaling of mammary cancer, surgical intervention and chemotherapy etc. This was extremely important in helping lost pet owners like ourselves navigate through all the new information. We are also thankful to the team for expediting the diagnostics procedures which allowed us to have the chest x-rays done at the other branch on the same day. Cherry’s lump was eventually removed by Dr Pearl a few days later and the biopsy results came back positive for mammary tumour. She was referred to a Specialist Hospital by Dr Pearl to have a double chain mastectomy done. We are immensely grateful that Cherry is doing well post surgery. She is back to her usual self and hopefully she has a few more years to live cancer free. We really owe it to Dr Pearl and the team for their quick and professional response to Cherry’s case.

How this clinic compares nearby
The things that decide where you actually drive are whether they can see you now, whether they take walk-ins, and whether the tests can be run on site instead of sent away. Here is The Veterinary Clinic against its closest neighbours on exactly that.
- A&E means the clinic is set up for accident and emergency, not just consults.
- In-house lab and imaging means bloods and X-rays happen in the building, so you get an answer the same visit.
- Price band is a relative guide, not a quoted fee. Ask the clinic for the current consultation price before you travel.

A blank cell reads "Not confirmed". That means the clinic may offer it, but we still need a reliable source before we say so here.
