Dr Jody Wong has been extremely patient, supportive and compassionate towards my cat and myself while informing me about his CKD. She’s works around my financial abilities, as worked out a plan that is comfortable and within my financial range. Cannot be more thankful for this nonjudgmental, high EQ expertise. Highly recommended. Will be taking all my other cats here from now onwards

Dr Joly Wong is a very nice and sweet doctor. She is very patient and professional, always updating me of the current situation of my cat. My cat has a limp and has not been eating well. She did a full checkup and groomed my cat as well. The waiting time here is very long and the prices are not cheap. This is the nearest neighbourhood vet for us, so we chose this place for our cat. Thank you so much, Dr. Joly for helping.

I brought my cat here for an emergency on December 29, 2025, after she began gagging and having severe trouble breathing. Despite having several other clients waiting, the team recognized the urgency and rushed her back immediately. While the foreign object was unfortunately too deep for them to remove safely, Dr. Jody and her team were fantastic. They provided exceptional care and Dr Jody even took the time to apologize to other waiting customers for the delay, a level of courtesy you don't often see. When the Pet Ambulance was unavailable, the clinic went above and beyond by loaning me an oxygen tank so I could safely transport my cat to the nearest hospital. The staff even helped carry her and the tank to my car. Thanks to their quick thinking and support, my cat is safe and sound today. I cannot thank this team enough. Note for others: Deposits and immediate payments are required here, which is standard protocol for vet clinics, so come prepared.
