I am impressed by the service at Pet Mobile. Looking back, my journey with pet farewell services has been a long one. In my earliest years, I used Mount Pleasant, later tried Paws to Heaven, and then Rainbow Paradise, which was the service I stayed with the longest. However, after Dudu’s farewell, I believe I would make the switch to Pet Mobile for my future personal pets. My memories of Pet Mobile from their Seletar days many years ago and my experience with them now were extremely different. From the very beginning, every staff member I encountered was empathetic, professional, and treated Dudu with great respect, from the staff who came to collect Dudu’s body, the first front counter staff who spoke to me, Mani who handled Dudu throughout the farewell process, the staff who delivered Dudu’s urn and death certificate back to me, and Alvin who communicated with me through WhatsApp. Every interaction reflected the same level of care, patience, and professionalism. 👍 The moment I entered the farewell room, I was touched by the setup. The small details, the peaceful atmosphere, and the cosy space made the farewell feel intimate and comforting. What touched me even more was that I did not expect the framed photo and the beautifully prepared death certificate stand from Dudu’s farewell to be keepsakes that I could bring home. They became little memories for me to keep after his final journey. A special mention again to Mani, who handled Dudu throughout the entire process. He was extremely professional, gentle, and respectful. 🙏 Today, when they delivered Dudu’s urn and death certificate back to me, their service once again reflected the same level of professionalism and care. I have always recommended Pet Mobile to my friends, but after many years, I had not personally engaged their services again until Dudu’s case. I guess it was time for me to return to them. Thanks for the comfort, dignity, and kindness they gave Dudu on his final journey.

Very prompt and efficient service! Arrived within 35 mins after phone consultation. A shout-out to Titus who was very polite and professional in answering our queries and concerns. Our beloved Mabel of 2.5 years passed away on 19 June 2026. A follow-up WhatsApp notification was also sent shortly before the handover of her ashes to us. This is the 2nd time I have used their service. Excellent 👍🏻. They always replied very fast after I WhatsApp them to make enquiries and book timing for collection of my daughter’s deceased hamster 🐹. Like the first time I used their service back on 30/10/2024, they had kindly allowed me to board their vehicle 🚐 to go to the crematorium. The service is really indeed flawless one whole package everything included. For SGD$ 198 it includes collection of deceased 🐹 on same day, cremation, funeral decorations, printing of funeral 🐹 photo in a wooden frame provided, printing of the eulogy, cremation certificate , urn ⚱️, delivery 🚚 of : the 🐹 ashes , cremation certificate + the 🐹 paw prints which I had ordered for additional price of SGD$ 68. I highly recommended their services. Amazed to hear that they are available 24/7. Just like a funeral services for humans. Would like to especially highlight the excellent service of driver Shuo who came to collect my daughter’s deceased hamster 🐹’s body and driver Titus who came to deliver the ashes and the paw 🐾 prints. Also would like to compliment the excellent customer service of Puven who conducted the funeral ceremony. He was very patient in waiting for me to communicate with my daughter on her choices for the urn ⚱️ and paw prints cover design via WhatsApp as she is currently in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 doing internship.
