My 16.5-year-old Chihuahua daughter, Suki, crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday after kidney failure. I engaged Rainbow Paradise for cremation & sea scattering and the entire experience was handled with care, respect and genuine compassion. Ronnie was my initial point of contact and responded promptly to all my queries, clearly explaining the process and costs. He kindly accommodated our request for next-day morning collection as we needed some time at home with Suki and arranged for cremation and farewell on the same day, along with a few personal requests. The whole process was simple, organised and free of unnecessary fuss or elaborate add-ons , exactly what I was looking for. I’m glad to say Rainbow Paradise not only did not disappoint but impressed me once again (my last experience with them was in 2021). Every step was explained clearly and compassionately. During the post-cremation viewing, Rainbow Paradise's Hui Xing showed exceptional sensitivity. She intuitively asked if she should explain in Mandarin for my elderly mother and even proactively prepared an umbrella to shelter my family to the car when it started raining as we were leaving. Her sincerity and service truly stood out. Thank you, Rainbow Paradise, for easing us through a heartbreaking loss and moving forward.
