Our family is truly grateful for the care and compassion shown by the entire team at Paws to Heaven. We first contacted them at 2am, completely distraught after Milo passed. Foong picked up our call and was incredibly respectful and reassuring. He said all the right things and patiently guided us through the entire process. When the care team came to pick Milo up at around 9.30am, they handled him with so much gentleness and respect. We were told to arrive at 5.30pm for the memorial and cremation. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the set-up and the level of detail the team had put in. Everything was incredibly thoughtful, right down to respecting our religious needs. They laid Milo in his favourite bed, dressed him in his best T-shirt, and surrounded him with his beloved toys and treats. It was the most beautiful send-off we could have asked for, far beyond what we imagined. At no point did anyone rush us. Even though there was a scheduled timing, they allowed us to take all the time we needed during the memorial to say our final goodbyes. We didn’t manage to catch everyone’s names, but we would like to make a special mention to the team who was present on 7 January 2026 (memorial & cremation day) and 31 January 2026 (sea burial day). Thank you for taking care of Milo so lovingly and respectfully, right till the very end. Thank you again for giving Milo such a dignified farewell. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better send-off.

Call Paws to Heaven PeT Services when our beautiful pomeranian dog Button had to be put to rest very early morning of 2am. They responded very fast, told us what to do very systematically, filled out a form with details of our dog and that they will come pick her up from the vet hospital at 9.30am. Morning arrived and they send us a Waze to let us know they are on the way to pick up Button. Felt so relieved that someone could take over and guide us thru this so professionally. Took a package that suited what we want and they arranged for us to be at the service at 2pm. We got there and there was our beautiful dog laid to rest in such a beautiful manner. The whole thing was handled by Mr Foong and they are so considerate to give us space to grieve and to relax. I recommend them to anyone that want a cremation done smoothly and dignified. They deliver that because they love animals as well. Treated my pet with such tenderness and respect. They even helped deliver Button ashes back to me when I requested it fast on the same day. Thank you for making this journey such a smooth and beautiful one. 🙏🙏
