Pets Afterlife Singapore - Pet Cremation Service and Urns

What families say

Janice is fast and responsive, grateful that the cremation of my Cat was a swift and easy process. Thank you Pets Afterlife Singapore

Response from the customer service was very prompt. Contacted them on Sunday night 9pm and still managed to get a response. Pick up of my pet and delivery of the urn was reasonably paced. The urn delivered was really cute. Thankful for the team for enabling a gd closure!

Initial handling was acceptable, but responses were slow. I had to repeatedly chase for updates and also had to request the death certification myself, as it was not offered. After pushing, I was ultimately able to collect my pet’s ashes on the same day. I opted for a private package, yet there was no prior advice or consultation regarding bone selection. Because my dog was smaller, they broke the skull to fit the remains into a complimentary urn without informing me. During such a difficult time, I was also distressed to receive a WhatsApp message at 6:45am the next morning from Gary, informing me that he would be arriving to collect my pet between 8:00–8:30am, without any prior arrangement or consent.
