A very peaceful and beautiful place to send off my darling cat, Kiki (aka Monkey). Russell and his team were incredibly compassionate, kind, and professional in helping me with the memorial service. Russell was especially patient in explaining the entire process and thoughtfully shared how I could keep some of Kiki’s fur and paw prints as keepsakes. I am very glad I decided to take Kiki’s paw prints and frame them together with her photo—it means so much to me. Thank you very much, Russell, for your care and kindness during such a difficult time.

I will like to thanks Sanctuary Pet Cremation to give Baden a complete journey in his pet's life. The whole process was smooth and Meng is very professional to advice me and my sis from coming our house to pick up Baden's body (on time), explaining to us on the private cremation process at my house, on the cremation day itself, we just follow the flow and till bones picking, everything explain well. I also like the environment and surrounding of this place as it is nice and peaceful as I believe Baden will love this place too for his last journey.
